Terms and Conditions
Exclusion of Additional Costs: This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with registration, insurance, financing, or other related charges. The buy back value is strictly limited to the depreciated value of the vehicle as per our depreciation schedule.
Exclusion of Modification Costs: Any costs related to modifications or alterations made to the vehicle after purchase are not covered. The guarantee only applies to the original condition and specifications of the vehicle as sold.
Odometer Tampering: Tampering with the odometer of the vehicle will immediately void this guarantee. The integrity of the odometer reading is essential to determine the vehicle's usage and eligibility for the Buy Back Guarantee.
Force Majeure Clause: The guarantee is subject to alteration or suspension in the event of unforeseen, extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, major economic shifts, recessions, or other force majeure events.
Prohibition of Racing Use: Any use of the vehicle in racing, speed contests, or similar high-performance events will void this guarantee. The vehicle is to be used under normal driving conditions only.
Servicing Record Requirement: To ensure that vehicle failure is not due to negligence on the part of the owner, a servicing record may be required. Regular maintenance as per the manufacturer's guidelines is expected to maintain the validity of the Buy Back Guarantee.
Accident and Damage Reporting: Any accidents or significant damages incurred during the ownership must be reported promptly. Failure to report such incidents can result in the voiding of this guarantee. If the repairs are not conducted by the official dealer and we deem the repairs to be unsatisfactory this may also result in voiding of this warranty.
Adjustment for Accidents: If a vehicle is involved in an accident after purchase, we reserve the right to adjust the buy back value by up to an additional 10% of the total value. This adjustment reflects the potential impact of the accident on the vehicle's value.
Transferability Limitation: This guarantee is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the vehicle . It cannot be transferred to subsequent owners of the vehicle.
Mileage Limitation: Adherence to the mileage limitation is mandatory. Exceeding the specified mileage limit of 40,000 kilometers per year will result in the voiding of this guarantee.
Compliance with Laws: The vehicle must be operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any legal issues, including but not limited to, traffic violations or legal penalties involving the vehicle, may impact the validity of this guarantee.
These terms and conditions are designed to ensure fair and responsible use of the Buy Back Guarantee, protecting both the interests of all parties .
